Fillings and Cold Sensitive Teeth

I went to the dentist the other day and got two cavities filled. One on the top right and one on the top left. I had craving for cookie dough ice cream, ooo... it sounded so good. Now, I am beating myself up for getting it. I started chewing those dough bites, yummy. I had about 10 bite and had to stop eating it because those teeth are cold sensitive and hurts those nerves. It has been about an hour and my mouth still hurts. I do not recommend eating ice cream to anyone who just got cavities filled.
