Done with School for a month!

I am officially done with school for a while. I have to take an online class, but that will be done on my own time. I am so thankful. I have a lot to do this summer like working on my online business This 'n That Lane, Read some books on sports psychology,coach softball, okay so that isn't so much but building a online business is a lot of work.

Sweeping Waldorf

We played Waldorf yesterday, and we swept them in our double header. Man, it felt great. Waldorf is about 20 minutes from my home town, and to sweep them at Waldorf just made my year. I our close game, I scored the the tieing run. The Catcher was blocking the plate without the ball, weaved right around head first diving into home plate. It was amazing.

The Best Vacuum

I once lived with this girl (not by choice) and she but this outdoor black lab in to the house to become a house dog. This dog peed and pooped all over. The dog shed like crazy and the house smelled horrible, like wet dog. There was dog hair all over it was disgusting. I would walk around the house with my socks on and then I would put on my shoes then I would have hair in my shoes. I would sit on the couch and get dog hair on my clothes. It just spread all over. With a regular vacuum, we just could not get the house clean.

The owner's mom came to the house to help clean after this girl moved out (she took her dog with her). Mom brought a Dyson vacuum over to vacuum all that dog hair up. This vacuum was amazing. This carpet was almost black with all the dirty and hair (black lab hair). With one swipe of the Dyson vacuum, the carpet went from black to light gray, one more swipe, light gray to nearly white. I was so amazed. The house felt so much cleaner. You should have seen all that hair the vacuum picked up. Nasty.

I should be doing homework!

This is the last week of regular classes! I cannot wait for it to be over. I really should be catching up on my late work I have from having so many softball games. I just don't want to I am o burnt out right now. I just feel like quiting. I hate school.

10 more regular season games

I have only 10 more regular season softball games, 7 days of classes. I have 2 finals. and Then I am DONE! I can not wait I am so burnt out from school. I cols continue to play softball, but I do not want school anymore. I am so sick of writing papers. I hope this week flies by quick. I just wanna be bored and do what I want.

New coaching Position

So I was asked if I would like to go back and coach in Lake Mills, my home town. I really did not know if I wanted to or not. But I decided that if God wanted me to take the position, then he would have it work that I could take a college course online so that I could student teach in the fall, and I could still finish out the softball season at Penn. It all worked out so I took the job. I am really looking forward and coach there. My mom is really excited too.

Scholarships for College

My father got remarried about a year and a half ago. Since they didn't get married until the end of 2006, my dad could file taxes separate from his new wife. Well, now I have one year left of school and my step-mom make quite a bit of money. I am afraid that when I file my FAFSA that I will not be able to get as much money as I did be for.

Sometimes I wonder

Right now I am at a point in my life where I am at a stand still. I am not sad, but I am not extremely happy. I guess you could say in between content and disappointed. I am impatient, and I know God is trying to teach me patience. But, sometime I wonder what is going to happen next in my life. I want to to happen right now. I am playing softball even though I wasn't going to. There have been so many people quiting or getting sick or not showing up to practice. I wonder if I will ever get my shot to play Varsity. I know that I don't really deserve it because of my heart situation, I have not been able to do everything like everyone else. I know that so that is why I am not mad that I am not playing. I don't even want to be disappointed. Sometimes I wonder though what God has planned for me.
